Davon Green Franklin Foundation, Inc. (DGF) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for private gain of any person. It is organized under Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. This non-profit corporation shall support and facilitate charitable, benevolent, civic, and educational projects and programs. The specific purpose for which this corporation is to empower and educate United States citizens about the hidden dangers associated with international travel; and to provide precautionary safety information and resources that can be utilized by citizens and their families when there is a medical emergency or death that occurs while traveling abroad. Accordingly, this corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, and/or scientific purposes within the meaning of § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
